Meet Rohit Nair
An MBA in Project Management, along with a PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Rohit combines technical knowledge with strategic planning and organizational efficiency. His ability to structure workflows, manage timelines, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams ensures that every project at ARK is delivered seamlessly from concept to completion.
Rohit also brings a strong sustainability perspective to the firm, supported by his qualifications in Environmental Science and NEBOSH (UK). His approach emphasizes responsible design practices, efficient resource management, and process-driven execution—key elements that strengthen ARK’s reputation for reliability and professionalism.
Known for his methodical mindset and client-focused approach, Rohit plays a crucial role in translating design intent into well-managed, successfully executed projects, ensuring that every ARK project is delivered with clarity, discipline, and quality.
Meet Jayanthi Nair
An architect by training and an interior designer by passion, Jayanthi has worked with leading architectural firms across major Indian metros, gaining exposure to a diverse range of projects—from residential and institutional developments to complex large-scale facilities.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, which enables her to approach design with both creativity and strategic clarity.
At ARK, Jayanthi is known for her client-centric approach and belief that every project is unique. Her design philosophy focuses on understanding client aspirations and translating them into thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces. Her passion, attention to detail, and commitment to design excellence have been instrumental in shaping ARK’s identity as a trusted architectural practice in Vizag.

ARK has a team of 12, and growing, young, curious, and extremely talented design
professionals. The team is a mix of architects, interior designers, graphic artists,
civil engineers, project managers, site supervisors hailing from different parts of the
country.
The team is a blend of diverse backgrounds, yet they are aligned in their passion,
optimistic mindset, and willingness to grow. They demonstrate strong focus, maintain
discipline, and approach their work with a clear, process-driven mindset.
